The photographs mimicking landscapes in this series are so pleasing, and this one, like the name implies, has a luscious fluid quality to it, just like a wave. In this image, the subject matter transcends even farther away from nude figure and you find yourself believing more that you are looking at an undulating waterscape. The way the photographer manipulated light is completely what made this possible in this image, highlighting the movement of the surface of the skin. The proportions of the composition also give it the weight and feel of a classic landscape, another smart choice made by the photographer.
