This is such a playful image. The “buns and gun” pairing of this image very nicely plays homage to the 007 movies that I’m assuming the photographer had in mind when he named this piece. The black and white keeps it timeless and the sharp contrast between the light and dark give it a film noir quality. Compositionally, this has a really nice vertical balance and movement with little details in the gun and lingerie for the eye to stop and meander on along its way through the piece. Again I think the photographer made wise decisions in pose to keep the image playfully nude and not overtly sexual by turning the figure into the shadow just the right amount.
