A beautiful nude piece with a definite film noir quality. The way the light plays around the curve of the figure is very elegant. Enough visual information is relayed that you understand the form, but enough is masked to keep the image subtle and more demure. The gradation between the light on the left side to the dark background on the right side makes for a really nice compositional progression. I also love the relationship of the soft lines created by the light and the sharp lines and high contrast of the tattoo ink.
